Maison MGA announces the acquisition of ALCYM, strengthening its expertise in mechatronic engineering and medical devices!

Civrieux d’Azergues, March 3, 2025 – Maison MGA, a major player in innovation, techbio tools, and the manufacturing of industrial solutions for healthcare and semiconductors, announces the acquisition of ALCYM, an engineering firm specializing in mechatronics and medical device development, based in Saône (25), France.

This strategic acquisition enhances Maison MGA’s capabilities in design, prototyping, and innovation, complementing its expertise in industrialization and production. ALCYM will bring key expertise in mechatronic engineering, embedded electronics, and the development of high-precision medical solutions.
