We support associations that are committed to the weakest in society and we encourage our teams to get involved alongside us.
Our Environmental Commitments
We aspire to pass on to future generations an industry and a society that respects the planet, its climate, its resources and its biodiversity. European taxonomy is our inspiration. We favor local distribution networks, the circular economy, sustainability and the frugality of our designs. We measure and optimize our carbon footprint and our impact.
Our Economic Commitments
We aim for sustainable growth that respects everyone. We are committed to youth and talent development, through training, apprenticeship and mentoring. Every year we invest in innovation and R&D to develop value-creating solutions for our customers. We distribute profit-sharing to the teams and we share the creation of value equitably.

Our job is to design and build bespoke machines and innovations for the industry of the future. We anticipate technological trends, we are always on the lookout for new technology and the latest innovations. While the industry still lags far behind in terms of integrating women into technical professions, Maison MGA ensures that no talent is overlooked.
In particular, we have launched a communication campaign in schools to promote technical professions and industry to young girls, thereby encouraging them to choose their career path as early as possible. Our involvement with the First France robotics community is a great example of this: at least 55% of each team must be girls!
We are strictly committed to ensuring equal pay for equal work. Currently, our Index (the official indicator used by the Department for Work and Pensions) does not allow us to display a calculable result, as women were still under-represented in 2023.
But two new permanent employees and a work-study student have already joined us since then, and we are going to make things happen! See our job offers!
Our Health Commitments
Every year we support associations in the health and medical fields.
Pink October is an annual global communication campaign aimed at raising awareness among women about breast cancer screening and raising funds for research.
Storytelling about respirator filters with Infiplast and a machine designed and built in commando/fastrack mode.
Support and participation in startups that respond to technological/health issues.
Donations for the association “Tout le monde contre le cancer” (Everybody Against Cancer).
Supports the HCL Foundation (Fondation Hospices Civils de Lyon) for projects that meet the following 3 objectives: improving reception and comfort in the hospital, accelerating research and innovation projects, supporting patients and their families beyond treatment.
Our Environmental Commitments
We are working to reduce the company’s carbon footprint, in particular through recycling projects (end of life, product component materials).
We are investing in green mobility. Our entire fleet of vehicles at MGA Technologies is hybrid.

A key player in the Beaujolais Industrial Territory in France
Maison MGA is fully involved in the industrial dynamic of the Beaujolais region as co-pilot of Territoires d’Industrie, the only certified regional initiative in the Rhône department. Anchored in this public-private cooperation approach, it actively contributes to the development of the local industrial fabric alongside public authorities and some fifty diverse companies.
Driven by a vision of strategic alliance between local authorities, the State and industrialists, it is involved in addressing four priority issues: innovation, attracting young people, energy-climate transitions and land use. Beyond its own activities, Maison MGA acts as an ecosystem federator, promoting mutual discoveries between industrial neighbours, sharing best practices and creating synergies in short supply chains.
This regional involvement reflects a deep conviction: French reindustrialisation cannot be decreed, it must be built locally, thanks to established, committed and innovative companies that place people and resilience at the heart of their strategy.
