As a French industrial player specialising in innovation, design, development and manufacturing of cutting-edge technologies, our raison d’être is to contribute to human development and the preservation of our planet through technical, technological and scientific progress.
Our team, resolutely focused on industrial excellence and 4.0 technologies, aspires to design and build the most efficient solutions to modernise the healthcare, biotech and semiconductor industries. From idea to prototype, from pharmaceutical production to semiconductor line automation, we support our customers by innovating with them.
We design automated machines and lines, with all the necessary technical solutions, starting from scratch and respecting product, process and environmental constraints. Our approach combines precision engineering, multi-technology and regulatory expertise.
In Healthcare
We support pharmaceutical and biotech manufacturers through three key activities: exploratory innovation projects from design to prototype, modernisation of pharmaceutical and bioprocessing production plants, and creation of medical devices and TechBio equipment ready for clinical use.
In Semiconductors
We modernise and automate production lines with robotic automation solutions, customised connected machines, and connectivity and interoperability solutions that comply with SEMI standards, while also offering strategic innovation services.

Our Mission
To design and produce the best assembly and control systems in clean environments.
We design our machines based on our customers’ products, by imagining how the gripping, the distribution of the primary parts and the computer-integrated material handling can be perfectly adapted to the products right through to the process and to the constraints of the environment in which the machine will evolve. Our machines are designed for all industries and in particular for the pharmaceutical, biotech and medical industries.
In 2021, MGA Technologies will support the acceleration of biotechs with its new collaborative innovation space: the MGA TechLab 4.0, a prototyping, catalysis and innovation acceleration space unique in Europe designed to demonstrate the uses and value of the latest 4.0 technologies.
In 2022, we are presently creating a new site in Roanne dedicated to the design and manufacture of mechatronic and digital medical instruments and devices certified ISO-13485 with a team capable of programming according to IEC-62304.
To lead these large-scale projects, we have assembled a dedicated team: motivated by the technical challenge and eager to put artificial intelligence and the latest innovations at the service of major issues such as industrial excellence in the biotech/biopharma field.
