We are pleased to announce the acquisition of MYRIADE by La Maison MGA, within MGA TECHNOLOGIES, along with the creation of a secondary site in Paris.
MYRIADE develops VIDEODROP, a unique label-free optical imaging instrument for nano-bioanalysis, addressing key applications in gene and cell therapy, vaccines, lipid nanoparticles, exosomes, advanced R&D and industrial quality control.
This acquisition strengthens our advanced scientific instrumentation portfolio, complementing our proprietary instruments AseptiWeld® and AseptiSeal®, and reinforces our positioning at the intersection of biology, optics, microfluidics and software.
The integration of the MYRIADE team and the establishment of a Paris-based scientific hub significantly enhance our expertise in biology and optronics, in close collaboration with PSL, the CNRS and the Institut d’Optique.
A new milestone for la Maison MGA, serving life sciences and the industrialization of breakthrough technologies.
