La French Fab AURA Takes Flight

On September 4th, 2025, we had the privilege of attending the inauguration of La French Fab Auvergne‑Rhône‑Alpes’ new headquarters, now located within Swarm, the innovation and transformation hub for the industry of the future, in Charbonnières-les-Bains near Lyon. This symbolic space is now a key gathering point for forward-thinking industrial actors in the region.

A collaborative hub for regional industry

As the leading industrial region in France, Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes now proudly hosts its own French Fab hub, created to unite entrepreneurs, economic stakeholders, institutional partners, and local networks around one common ambition: to elevate and energize French industry through shared innovation and meaningful collaboration.

This new headquarters reflects everything we stand for: collective intelligence, industrial excellence, and a long-term commitment to innovation.

A collective momentum driven by the region’s leaders

As a committed industrial player, we were proud to be part of this inaugural event, alongside key industry figures such as Sylvie Guinard (Thimonnier), Laurent Fiard (Visiativ), Bruno Voland (Tra-C Industrie), Yvan Demars (regional network AURA), and Bpifrance representatives. Our CEO, Hervé de Malliard, was also present to represent MGA Technologies as part of this collective dynamic.

In a context of ongoing challenges for the sector, this moment demonstrated the resilience and confidence of French manufacturers, united by the desire to act decisively for the future of our industry.
