Philippe Baldet, director of the subsidiary ATG Technologies of MGA Techologies was present at the French Fab stage in Avignon on Monday October 18, 2021.
ATG Technologies, based in Avignon, designs turnkey industrial solutions for the industry of the future.
Philippe Baldet’s speech:
“The objective is for young people to meet the region’s manufacturers. Because contrary to what we think, there are dynamic industries, which work on providing future jobs. So today, we have a big problem, as industrialists, in finding profiles which are adapted to what we want to do. And it’s very important to be able to discuss this very early on with young people who are still in their apprenticeship program, to help them choose the right career paths and orient themselves properly. And eventually, to begin to familiarize themselves with the industrial environment at a very early stage through apprenticeships or similar programs.”
