Last Saturday, we invited our employees and their families to visit our MGA Technologies site, to give them an insight into our business, our professions and our working environment.
On the program: red carpet, AMR as candy dispenser, machine demos, 3D printing of small robots for the little ones (and the big ones).
For the occasion, our workshop was transformed into an amusement park with a bouncy castle and a cotton candy machine!
As for our TechLab 4.0, it featured a food truck and a spotlight on our products and robots.
There were even a few wide-eyed youngsters watching the pirouettes of a 3D-printed airplane piloted by a robotic arm.
It was a convivial moment for young and old alike!
However, we wish our parent employees the best of luck, as from now on they’ll have to explain that the bouncy castle isn’t there every day!
Who knows? Maybe we’ve found a great trick for recruiting tomorrow’s talent?
