The HQ of La French Fab looked magnificent as it gathered 200 entrepreneurs and industrial leaders at the Campus Région du numérique!
What a great collective! Laurent, Emmanuel, and Alex, I believe we can be very happy to lead this tribe of those who dream of a strong, sovereign France, resolutely anchored in the industry of the future!
And what a program! Tawfik Bourgou delivered a masterclass on geopolitics and our scientific and technological sovereignty! We were blown away by the entrepreneurship, freshness, and audacity of Alexandre Labesse: incredible! Franck Colcombet described how Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes Entreprises and the Region can support us across all dimensions: digital, industry of the future, innovation, international, investment, and talent! We are proud and lucky to be at the heart of France’s leading industrial region, which is at the forefront of all 21st-century challenges: energy, health, sovereignty, digital, and especially my favorite: complex systems engineering!
To finish, Marc PUCHE, cathedral builder and master stonemason (Compagnon)—Wow! It was moving to hear him share HIS emotion about signing his stones! Moving when he spoke of his Master who showed him his first gestures, who taught him to carve his first reference faces!
Moving again when he invited us to reflect on the meaning of our lives and the long-term nature of our legacy! What’s your Legacy?
Yes, the “craft” professions generate a lot of pride because work reveals and elevates the dignity of women and men!
Yes, happy is the person who practices their passion at work, like Marc or Alexandre, because every morning, like me, they don’t feel like they are going to “work”!
Yes, our industry is beautiful and we contribute to a cause greater than ourselves! We have inherited millennia of know-how; it is up to us to make it known and transmit these gestures, these values, and these recipes that are destined to inspire future generations!
