Industry Week 2025

At MGA, we are building the future together!

For two weeks, our company had the pleasure of opening its doors to the younger generation and those involved in education.
Middle school pupils, high school pupils, teachers: many of you came to discover our professions, our expertise and the exciting world of industry.

These meetings are much more than just visits for us:

• They embody our desire to support the talents of tomorrow,
• to showcase the diversity of our professions,
• and to inspire everyone to pursue a promising, innovative and sustainable career path.

A huge thank you to our Ambassador employees who enthusiastically shared their daily lives, their careers and their passion. Thanks to them, young people were able to experience the industry from the inside and understand that it offers tremendous opportunities.

This initiative is fully in line with our Youth Policy, which we wholeheartedly support: raise awareness, pass on knowledge and inspire!

At MGA, we firmly believe that the future will be shaped hand in hand with those who will build the industry of tomorrow.
