France deserves better than chaos

France deserves better than chaos

Yesterday, our country saw citizens take to the streets with legitimate anger and deep concerns, alongside young people profoundly saddened and frightened by this unstable world. But we also witnessed violence, looting and attacks on institutions. In Lyon, our city, fire replaced dialogue.

Since when do we destroy what we claim to defend?

I refuse to believe that our future must be written in fear, hatred and barricades.

I believe in another path: moderation and hope! A reasonable, respectful majority united as peacemakers.

Moderation is not weakness. It is the courage to build rather than destroy, to debate rather than strike, to reform rather than promise the impossible.

And hope? I encounter it every day in our factories!

Robots that free people from physically demanding tasks.
Technologies that are shaping tomorrow’s healthcare.
Committed industrial leaders who cut carbon emissions, innovate and pass on their knowledge.

This is the France that moves forward!

Let us not allow the peddlers of fear and chaos to steal our future.

Progress does not rise from the ashes. It grows from collective intelligence, work, solidarity and the capitalism that funds it.

Let us embrace nuance. Restore respect. Rekindle France’s spirit!

Long live La French Fab!

Strength, honour and courage!
