A Look Back at SWARM Day 2026: Industry Takes Control

The 6th edition of SWARM Day took place at the Campus Région du Numérique, bringing together nearly 200 professionals around a shared ambition: taking action to lead the industrial transformation.

SWARM Day 2026 delivered on all its promises. In a packed room, ETI executives and industrial leaders discussed a turning point for French industry. The challenge of the day was clear: how to take control of one’s technological destiny in a rapidly changing world?

AI and Sovereignty

One of the highlights of the morning was the presentation on AI as a geopolitical issue. Far from being a mere technical tool, AI has established itself as an essential lever for sovereignty. A strong message was sent to decision-makers: this topic must now be a strategic priority for general management.

Hands-on Innovation at the SWARM Lab

The afternoon was dedicated to direct experimentation within the SWARM Lab. Participants explored three essential areas of activity:

  • Industrial Cybersecurity: Real-world demonstrations highlighting the urgency of protecting OT systems.
  • Production Supervision: Tools to optimize operational performance.
  • Prototyping: Concrete equipment to accelerate innovation.

The Power of the Collective

What stands out from this edition is, above all, the power of peer-to-peer sharing. Whether regarding cybersecurity or industrial AI, direct exchanges between industrialists allow for pooling experiences and avoiding the pitfalls of transforming alone.
