“Lyon has always been a hub for healthcare. At Maison MGA, we are proud to contribute to this field by designing the technologies that will provide tomorrow’s healthcare solutions.”
It was with these words and unwavering conviction that Hervé de Maillard, our president, spoke this week on the Lyon Business program (BFMTV / Lyon Décideurs). During this spotlight on local companies working in the healthcare sector, we were able to share our vision of a strong, innovative, and deeply human French industry.
Doing what no one else can do
Invited to share its insights on the ongoing revolutions in the TechBio sector, Maison MGA reaffirmed its unique positioning. At the crossroads of precision robotics, mechatronics, and life sciences, we don’t just manufacture machines: we design tailor-made solutions for cell and gene therapies, fields where excellence is the only option.
Lyon, global capital of healthcare innovation
As Hervé de Maillard pointed out on the set, our location at the heart of the Lyon ecosystem is a strength. Between our TechLab 4.0 in Civrieux-d’Azergues and our new sites such as Mably, we are giving ourselves the means to support major players in the pharmaceutical industry (bioMérieux, Sanofi, etc.) as well as MedTech gems to transform research into industrial reality.
What we take away from this exchange:
- The boldness of “Made in France”: Every day, we prove that France has the expertise to dominate cutting-edge technologies.
- People at the center: While our machines are becoming increasingly intelligent and connected, their ultimate goal remains to relieve the burden on caregivers and, above all, to save lives.
- The collective: Whether through La French Fab or the AuRA Club de la Santé, we believe in the power of the group to meet public health challenges.
