We currently have 3 young people on work-study programs (1 new contracts and 2 continuing this year), 7 young people graduated from a work-study program last year. In September, we hired 4 young people under 26 years old: Silia (automation engineer), Christophe (design engineer), Emeric (mechanical fitter), and Valentin (robotics engineer).
